How It Works

Let's explore how group buying operates. There are two primary approaches:

1. Buyer-Initiated Deal

In this scenario, a potential home buyer expresses their desire to purchase a home in a specific housing complex. The deal is then listed on our website, inviting other interested buyers to form a group with a shared interest in buying a home from the same complex or real estate developer.Once the group achieves a significant size (min group of 3,5,7,9 etc), our sales team consolidates their preferences, and initiates negotiations to conclude the deal with the builder.

Alternatively, buyers can provide their requirements to our company, and based on those criteria, we suggest suitable housing complexes. If a critical mass of buyers accepts the recommendation, our sales team negotiates with the builders to secure applicable discounts.

2. Real Estate Consultant-Initiated Deal

In this case, our company presents potential housing complexes, whether upcoming or existing, on our website.Interested buyers register and express their interest in the featured property.

Once the group reaches the critical number, our company starts negotiations with the builder on behalf of the group leading to the finalization of the deal.
